How long does shipping take within Ireland?

We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Thursday. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Absolutely. Cosmetics Online IE is an authorized stockist for every brand we carry. All products are sourced directly from the manufacturers or their official distributors.

What is your return policy for opened cosmetics?

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we provide free standard delivery on all orders over €50 within Ireland. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal to monitor your delivery progress.
